FAQ

Is my country available for shipping?

We currently ship to continental USA only. Items sent with ground shipping can be expected to arrive anywhere between 2-8 business days.

What is your return policy?

Regrettably, we are unable to accept returns at this time. We encourage clients to sample scents via the Discovery Set prior to committing to purchasing a full-sized bottle. If there is a manufacturing error or discrepancy with your order, please reach out to us at info@vagrantstory.com.

What type of ingredients do you use?

We thoughtfully select materials that are natural or safe synthetics and adhere to the latest global safety standards of the International Fragrance Association (IFRA). We do not use phthalates, parabens, or dyes. We source only from the most established suppliers in the world. All of our products are vegan and never tested on animals.

What is NaturePrint®?

NaturePrint® is a noteworthy set of ingredients developed by a sustainable process that utilizes the essence of raw materials, in an effort to preserve nature. Solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) is a syringe-like instrument containing a porous material that is used to absorb the volatile components of nature’s breath (e.g. headspace above a flower), without destroying the plant or disrupting nature. Following the capture, the fiber is analyzed and the aroma profile reconstituted using a combination of natural identical and synthetic raw materials. Beyond the benefit of eco-friendly sourcing, this process enables us to harness the profiles of some of the rarest ingredients in the world - e.g. threatened and/or exotic botanical species, species with no or very low yield extracts, etc.

What is an upcycled ingredient?

An upcycled ingredient is obtained by valorizing by-product, waste, or unused materials into new materials or products. For example, some of the upcycled ingredients we utilize come from peels recovered from oranges used to make orange juice and sawdust or small parts of wood leftover from building furniture. An ingredient is considered upcycled when its upcycling content is equal to or above 50%.
